Unfortunately, not all construction companies work to high standards, I'll be happy to show you examples of some recently completed homes from different developers and introduce you to the builders that have proven themselves as the best in the area. The first stage is to search for vacant land and lots. We are fast running out of vacant waterfront lots in Punta Gorda Isles. If you intend to relocate here in the next few years, securing a lot now will prove to be a very good investment.
